Telecoast Communications, LLC buys networking hardware from companies and corporations worldwide having the need to sell. We are experts at determining the market availability and demand giving us the capability to provide our customers the strongest ROI on idle, excess and underutilized networking hardware.
We Only Buy Equipment Under Listed Criteria.

“New” equipment in unopened box, with original manufacture serial numbers and all related accessories.

“Unused” equipment in open box, with original manufacture serial numbers and all related accessories.

“Pre-owned” equipment with original manufacture serial numbers and all related accessories. Equipment must be cosmetically sound and meet manufacture functionality specs.

“Used” equipment with original manufacture serial numbers and all related accessories. Equipment must be cosmetically sound and meet manufacture functionality specs.

Refurbished” equipment with original manufacture serial numbers and all related accessories. Equipment must be cosmetically sound and meet manufacture functionality specs.

Warranty

All equipment we purchase must have at least a 30 day refund warranty, were as the seller agrees to issue immediate refund on any equipment that is damaged, defective or non-working for any reason. All sellers must have and maintain legal title of equipment purchased by Telecoast.

Quotes

Telecoast must receive a formal quote outlining the equipment category, equipment price and quantity available prior to having the ability to issue a purchase order. We will only issue a purchase order if we intend to make a purchase, and we reserve the write to not issue a purchase order on any equipment not meeting the Telecoast purchase Criteria.

Submitting Purchase intentions: We only work with companies and organizations that provide us the same professional courtesy that we provide them. When we are provided the opportunity to valuate and purchase equipment stock we expect our vendors to work diligently to provide an acceptance of our purchase order and notify us immediately if their selling intention changes, must be modified and/or if they are uninterested in our Purchase intent.

Payment Terms

We pay specific to specified terms within the body of the issued equipment purchase order. Acceptable payment options to Telecoast include, Established net terms, COD to validated sellers, online or wire transfers to validated sellers, deposit or pre-pay to validated sellers. Payment option is only acceptable when specified in our purchase order.

Delivery

Telecoast must receive the equipment we purchase specific to the delivery instructions indicated on our purchase order. Equipment not delivered within agreed time frame indicated may be refused at the right of the purchaser.

Telecoast looks forward to establishing a mutually beneficial relationship with our vendors and customers, we place all purchase opportunities as a top priority and will guarantee very fast effective valuation on any idle equipment assets.

Sales Information

The Telecoast plan is simple: Deliver high quality products at an unbeatable price while providing extraordinary customer service & support and industry-high valuation on idle equipment assets.

Telecoast sells Top-Tier networking hardware under the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms: Telecoast strives to provide top quality, deeply discounted networking hardware. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover and Pay-Pal. We also accept bank checks, company checks and Western Union from validated purchasers. Payment terms and type will be outlined in our original quote and binding when issued a purchase order from the customer.

Customer Quotes: Telecoast/Seller will provide all our Customers/Buyers a written quote indicating price, availability and delivery on all equipment purchases made from Telecoast.

Purchase Orders: Telecoast requires a purchase order on all equipment prior to shipping.

Order Cancellation: Issuance of a purchase order to Telecoast binds buyer to terms and conditions listed within the PO, orders cannot be cancelled without good reason and could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Returns and Exchanges: Telecoast will work with it’s customers to find the best solution possible if, for any reason, our customer isn’t 100% satisfied with their equipment purchase. We treat each return request individually to assure our customers the fastest, easiest and smartest option of return.

Equipment Quality: Telecoast sells top-quality network hardware. We guarantee the products we ship to be complete and appropriately packaged. In the event that any equipment shipped by Telecoast arrives damaged, we expect our customers to immediately notify us.

Shipping: We primarily use FedEx as our shipping carrier and believe them to provide the most comprehensive service & security that packages will be delivered clean and without problem.

Warranty: Telecoast ships all products with our standard 1-year warranty. Extended warranties are available upon special customer request. Often our “new in box” equipment carries original manufacture warranty. All equipment is subject to prior sale.

Sales Tax: Telecoast only charges sales tax to California companies and individuals that don’t qualify for sales tax exemption. Companies and individuals outside the State of California are not charged sales tax on equipment purchases.
